Your main mission is to facilitate the "turnovers" of our apartments and assist the manager on certain organizational tasks. Here is a non-exhaustive list of missions that you will accomplish brilliantly:
Realization of the inventory of the places of exit after the departure of the tenants
Inventory and restocking of the apartment
Verification of the standards of the apartment
Preparation of apartments for future tenants
Quick communication with housekeeping and maintenance services for the refurbishment of the apartment
Maintain the organization of the warehouse
Assist the manager on organizational tasks
To be leader in the field during strong periods of activity
Qualifications & skills required:
Driving license required;
Good level of written and verbal English required
Experience in project management, logistics and / or hospitality would be appreciated, but we are open to any other experience you consider relevant;
Do-it-yourself mindset would be welcome
Thrives on challenges and with a natural ability to organize, communicate and report frequently;
Versatile, proactive, very autonomous, logical, methodical, conscientious, enduring and eager to work in a young, expanding society with a team with eclectic profiles!
